Minimum Charge on a Total Meter

Overview

You can have a minimum charge on a Total Meter.

When you extract the meter count run, you will not see the minimum charge. It is not until you extract the meter charge run.
On the meter charge run, you will see a break up of the individual meter copy counts x price from the individual children meters and a separate line for type = Minimum for the Machine Total minimum charge.

Procedure

1. Log onto Readysell>Service>Machines
2. Highlight the Machine you wish to charge a Minimum on a total meter
3. Click on Machine Total Meter in the detail area
4. Click on the Prices tab below it
5. Click on New
6. Qty = 1
7. Type = Minimum
8. Price ex = price to wish the minimum to be on the total meter
