Finalise and New Button
The 'FINALISE & NEW' Button works the same way in every module.
- Once a transaction has been entered you have the choice to 'Finalise' or 'Finalise & Allocate' or 'FINALISE AND NEW'.
- The 'Finalise & New' Button allows you to finalise the transaction and Start a New Transaction.
- Finalise & New transactions finalise the transaction ,creates the open item and posts it to the General Ledger.
- The Finalise & New button is available in all modules where transactions are being entered and need to ONLY be 'FINALISED' no Shipment or Invoicing Required.
Example of Finalise and New transactions below:
Entering a Customer Credit
- Click on Relationships
- Click on Customer Transactions
- Click on Credits
- Click on New
- Enter or change the date
- Select a Customer Card ID
- Enter a Description
- Enter a Account Site. ( Misc Debits and Credits are purely financial expenses)
- Enter a Value
- Enter a Tax code
- Click On 'Finalise and New'
- This Finalises the transaction, creates a open item and posts it to the General Ledger and then another window opens to commence another transaction.
