View Variants Button

The View variants is one of the most important buttons in the system. It allows you to get the best from your Readysell system by saving and reuse of saved versions of your modified list views. Best practice is to save several view variants of the lists you frequently use. You can show things like overdue sales, customers that have not paid, products that need to be removed from the range. Then save those view variants for later use.

Note:

• The list view pull down list above view variances on the toolbar for most list views. If you pull down the arrow on the left of the list view field, the list views available will display. Cards for example have a built in list view to show customer balances. If you selected that view on cards, then the customer balances will display in the list view.
• There is a filter list below the list view field. The filter list allows you to restrict the records displayed in the current list view. The options in the filter vary depending on which list you have currently selected
