Audit Trails within Readysell

Readysell provides two levels of audit trail logging:

  • Full logging on card, product and machine master files

  • Summary logging indicating an action was taken only for all other files. Full logging on transactions like sales, quotes etc. would take up too much log space and would slow the system excessively.

When you are reviewing logs. You will notice changes are shown in detail for the key master files noted above. You can test this by making any change to a card, address or contact. Then look at the log for that card and you will see all the details of the change. Yet if you create or change a transaction, like a quote. Then look at the audit trail. You will only see a summary log entry showing who made the change and the date when the action was made.
