Adding service technicians and sales persons to territories to support performance reporting

Overview

Performance reporting for technicians and sales persons starts from creating the user as a technician or a sales person on the Readysell users list.

Procedure

When creating the user, make sure you tick the "Is Technican" and "Show on Shedule" checkboxes on the settings tab on the new user record
