Price Levels

Price Levels

  1. From the Navigation panel click on 'Administration' then click on 'Price Level'

  2. The Price Level browse window opens

  3. Code is the short code of the Price Level

  4. Description is the actual long description of the short code

  5. Calculation Method

  6. Next Price Level

  7. Sort Index is the order of appearance of the price level on your pricing tab on your product

  8. Competitor Price

  9. Discount For Price Level is used if you are basing this price level on a discount from another existing price level

  10. Discount Percent is any discount % given off the above listed price level (if you are discounting from another existing price level)

  11. Default flag is the default pricing level for products (you can only have one default price level in the system)

  12. Web Price Level ID (access your shared spreadsheet, look at tab Readysell Web and check the Integration settings for this information.  If this is an extra price level to your standard price levels, you will need to use any of the Alternate price level ID pricing level IDs)

  13. Web Price Level Code (access your shared spreadsheet, look at tab Readysell Web and check the integration settings for this information.  If this is an extra price level to your standard price levels, you will need to use any of the Alternate price level ID s1 - s8 pricing level codes)

  14. Price Book Level Number is automatically filled in for a standard pricing level.  However if this is an extra pricing level of your own, do not fill this field in.

    To create a New Price Level

    1. Click on button New

    2. Price Level entry window opens

    3. Key in the Code - the short code for the Price Level

    4. Check the Default flag on (left click on the box to tick it) if this is going to be the default Price Level

    5. Key in the Description

    6. Select the Calculation Method

    7. Select from the drop down box the Next Price Level

    8. Key in the Sort Index

    9. Do not tick the Competitor Price tick box unless this is a competitor pricing level (NOTE: this is not usually manually entered and maintained by the store)

    10. Select from the drop down box the Discount For Price Level (only if you are making this price level be a discounted price from another level)

    11. Key in the Discount Percent value (only if you are making this price level be a discounted price from another level) 

    12. Key in the Web Price Level ID (access your shared spreadsheet, look at tab Readysell Web and check the Integration settings for this information.  If this is an extra price level to your standard price levels, you will need to use any of the Alternate price level ID pricing level IDs)

    13. Key in the Web Price Level Code (access your shared spreadsheet, look at tab Readysell Web and check the integration settings for this information.  If this is an extra price level to your standard price levels, you will need to use any of the Alternate price level ID s1 - s8 pricing level codes)

    14. Key in the Price Book Level Number.  This is only automatically filled in for a standard pricing level.  However if this is an extra pricing level of your own, do not fill this field in.

    16. When you have finished keying in all relevant details in this window, click on button Save and Close
