Overview

Email defaults are used to define the template used when sending individual emails from Readysell. The default includes the structure of the subject line and the contents of the email itself.

This feature is not available in Readysell Lite. 

There is a separate default for each relevant transaction type/criteria combination. If a field is left empty, the default from the type with target "(None)" will be used.

Fields

FieldDescription
TargetThe Readysell object type of which this default applies.
CriteriaThe criteria that is used to determine whether this default applies (for example, there is a different default used for invoices and credits, even though they both use the "Sale Invoice" type.
Default SubjectThe subject line to be used by emails using this default. Can contain template replacement variables that are substituted with relevant data.
TemplateThe template to be used for the body of emails using this default. Customised using HTML or the WYSIWYG editor. Can contain template replacement variables that are substituted with relevant data.
