Count Cycles

Meter Count Cycles are the system references for the Service Module in Readysell.

1. From the Navigation panel click on 'Administration' > 'Count Cycles'

2. The Count Cycles system reference window opens

3. The left hand side shows the Cycle Code/ID and the Name for that cycle code.

4. The right hand side shows the information that goes with each cycleid & name.

1. Click on button New

2. The Count Cycle window appears

3. Key in the Cycle ID (this is the short code for the cycle)

4. Key in the Name for the cycle id code

5. Select whether the Cycle runs:
   
   

   1. Every Day

   2. Every Week

   3. Every Fortnight

   4. Every Month

   5. Every Year

6. The options below will change according to the selection of how often the cycle runs.
   
   

   1. Recur Every Day - removes off all options

   2. Recur Every Week - leaves only the option of which Day Of Week you wish it to be run on

   3. Recur Every Fortnight - leaves only the option of which Day of the fortnight to run on

   4. Recur Monthly - leaves options of 'Number of Months'. This is where you specific if you wish to recur every 3 months etc and the Day Of the Month. This would be classified as a quarterly cycle

   5. Recur Every Year - leaves 2 options.  Which Day of the Month to run on and which Month of the Year to run on.

      
      
      
      

7. Click on button Save to finish creating/modifying a Meter Count Cycle system reference
