Example : Configuring permission for custom fields

  1. From the Navigation panel
  2. Click Administration then click Roles  
  3. Click New to create a new role

  4. Key-in a name for the new role then select the Permissions tab

  5. Click New and select Custom Field Permission

  6. Click New and select the required Custom Field

  7. Check the required access boxes

     Show me

     

  8. Click Save and Close to save the new permission

     Show me

     

  9. Select the Users tab then click Insert to add users to the roles

  10. Click Save and Close to save the new role
