Service Order Meter Counts to be included or excluded from Meter Count Run

Overview

A technician whilst servicing a machine can insert the meter count for each meter on that machine.
Those meter counts can be included or excluded from a meter count run.
This is controlled by activating a system reference 

  • Log onto Readysell>Administration>System types
  • Type = Sales
  • Code =CHARGE-SERVICE-METER-COUNTS
  • Value = false, the meter count created by service order will be ignored in the meter count run
  • Value = true, the meter count created by service order will be included in the meter count run

On the Machines List view, drag into the detail Meters list the following two fields 'Count Inc Service' & 'Count Ex Service'.

Onto the Machine>>Meter>Counts tab populate the service call order no onto the Counts tab. 'service order activity meter count.service order call.service order.transaction number.
