Entering activities onto a service call without the mobile app

Procedure

  • Make sure your service order has the "Assigned" workflow status
  • Click on New on the calls tab to create a new service order call
  • Enter the required activities, such as Travel and Labour
  • When all the activities have been entered, if all work for the service order is complete, change the workflow status on the service order to "Ready"

  • Once the service order has a workflow status of "Readysell" the service calls on the order should automatically create all the service order lines required for the service order.
