Delivery Fee (Fuel Levy) on Sale Shipment / Invoice

Readysell provided 2 options to include extra delivery fee automatically :

1. Integrated with Freight Management System (Smartfreight, StarshipIt, Cario) : refer to SmartFreight Delivery Options

2. Readysell Delivery Fee :
   - System Type : Sales : SHIPMENT-DELIVERY-PRODUCT-PROMPT

   Readysell will prompt to user to include this product into lines with Product Price or Contract Price* when user use to complete sale order, finalise or complete sale shipment.
   
   * [Optional] If System Type : Sales : SHIPMENT-DELIVERY-PRODUCT-MODE set as “Percent” (not “Value”)
   Readysell will use this product price as Percentage Number to calculate with total Sale Order/Shipment
