Determine if Service Calls are posted with Appearance Rules

Appearance rules are added by clicking the button appearance rules from the top ribbon on a list view or from the header on detail view. To try it out:

  1. Click button Appearance Rules

     Show me

  2. Click New

     Show me

  3. Fill in the details on the screen:

    • Change the Font Style, Back Colour and/or Font Colour
    • Add in the Criteria "Service Order Calls" Exists AND "Status" Equals "Posted"

       Show me

  4. Click Save and Close
