Budget worksheet data generator report

Overview

The Budget worksheet data generator report gives you a lot of the basic information you need to start setting up your budgets and loading them into Readysell.  Once your budgets are in Readysell you can use Readysell to track actual performance vs your budget plan.  Then take action when you are not achieving your business targets. 

Loading the report onto your system

From the Readysell Navigation menu, click on "Reports" then "Form Reports"

Select "Custom Reports" on the filter at the top of the window

If you can see the "Budget worksheet data generator report" displayed, the report has already been loaded onto your system.  Proceed to run the report as described in the next topic below.

If you can't see the report you will need to download the report from the Readysell store.  Click on the "Readysell Store" button.  Then click on "Browse Store" when the pull down list appears below the "Readysell store" button.

Find the category "Office Brands Business Planning Workshop" in the reports browse on the store.  Highlight the "Budget worksheet data generator report" in the list of reports displayed.  Click on the "Download" button to download the report to your Readysell system.

You should now be able to see the report in your reports list

Running the report

Click on the "Run report using filter button".  While you can filter the data on the report, this report is setup to be as easy to run as possible.  If you don't select any filter options, the report will run for the current financial year.

When the report previews on your screen.  Click on the export button and export the result to Excel.
