Card custom fields

The Custom Fields tab on the Card Detail window lets you see the custom fields that have been defined for cards but they must first be available in the Custom Fields module. To set up custom fields, first, please refer to the documentation: Custom fields
If you want to override a sales order payment deposit value %, you can create a custom field called ‘OrderDeposit’.
Add the custom field of ‘OrderDeposit’ to the card with a value of the percentage required.
Procedure:
Log onto Readysell>Custom field
Create a new custom field and call it ‘OrderDeposit’ (one word, no spaces)
Then, add Card to the custom field applies to and click on Save
Then, navigate to the customer's card
Search and highlight the card>custom field tab
Add the custom field of 'OrderDeposit and in the value insert for eg 50. This means that for this customer, the system reference that has been set to apply 100% deposit for eg for order payments on sales orders, will be bypassed with a 50% deposit.
Click on Save
Go to the sales module, insert the sales order for this customer
Click on the Pay action button to add the payment of 50% and continue.
