ButtonDescription

New from Template

Creates a new machine record from a template. You will be prompted to choose the template you want to use.

Generate Service Order

Generates a service order for the selected machine. You will be prompted to choose the service order template you want to use.

Generate Scheduled Service

Generates a scheduled service for the selected machine.

Manually creating a schedule service order resets the schedule service counters on meters for the machine. This causes your manual service order to take the place of any automatically generated service orders that might have been generated by the system in the near future, and prevents a situation where you create a service order on one day only to find the system generates a similar service order automatically on the next day.

Create Sale Order

Creates a sale order for the selected machine.

Machines have contracts that are specific to the machine rather than being specific to the customer. This allows customers to receive discounts for consumables used by particular machines, or to receive these products for free. Creating a sales order from the machine ensures that the customer is charged the correct price.

View filter

Allows you to limit the view to include only specific machines:

  • active machines
  • all machines
  • archived machines
  • cancelled machines
  • manual machines
  • not emailed count method machines (this excludes machines with a count method of “Emailed”)
