Allow Changes to Sales Orders with a Payment

You may have an order that has either a full payment or part payment.
However, the sales order line may need to be changed.
The status on the order will be either Pending or Inprogress.
The system allows you to change the product, quantity and or price.
You cannot add a line to the sales order.


  1. Log onto Readysell> Sales>Sales order
  2. Find the Sales order  (it could be a salweb or salord) with a part or full payment either via eway or paypal etc
  3. Highlight the sales order line that you wish to make a change to
  4. Change either the Product Id, Qty and or Price
  5. Click on Save

If there is a Shipment that has been released for this sales order, you cannot make any changes.
You will need to reverse the shipment first of all.

If the value of the payment varies to the changes made to the sales order, you may need to contact the customer before committing the payment if the payment was Eway or Paypal
