Copying a sales quote to a service quote

Procedure

 

  1. Log onto Readysell>Sales>Quotes

  2. Either highlight an existing sales order quote or create a new sales order quote and save it.

  3. Drop the copy action button and select ‘To Service Quote’

  4. Service quote window will open where you can fill in the addition details eg Machineid etc.
