Creating Sale Order from Customer Favourites

  1. From the Navigational panel, click Sales then Orders

  2. Click New

  3. Key in a Customer

  4. Click Extract Products

  5. Click on Favourites tab then either

    1. Check Order Favourite Quantities to populate the Unit Quantity Ordered with the Favourite Quantity, or

    2. Click on Order Selected to populate the selected line with Unit Quantity Ordered of 1, or

    3. Update the Unit Quantity Ordered for the selected line to the required value

  6. Click OK to extract the select lines to the order
