Viewing the breakdown of web vs manual sales by customer and period

Overview
All transactions have a transaction type. Manual sale orders have a transaction type of "SALORD" while web orders have a transaction type of "SALWEB". As a result you can use any of the frequently used techniques in Readysell to find a count of sale and web orders by customer.
Four easy ways to get this information, including a count by customer then period then transaction type include filtering any of the following for the period range you require:
- Save a view variant on sale orders and group by customer and transaction type. Benefit, immediately available when viewing sale orders.
- Customise your card detail view and add a tab for sale orders. Add a sale order list to the new tab and group it by transaction type. Benefit, available when every you are looking at any customer's details.
- Create a list report on sale orders and group by customer and transaction type. Benefit, can be downloaded from the Readysell store. Can be scheduled to run automatically.
- Create an analysis report on sale orders and group by customer and transaction type. Benefit, can be downloaded from the Readysell store. Can give a better summary overview and a chart over time.
- Note, Other methods exist, such as customising the sale order list view behind the customer "history button".
Each of those methods allows you to filter using period, for example, to select the months you want. The reports also have an initial date range selection window (parameter).

There are two reports on the Readysell store, a list report "sale orders by customer and transaction type" and an analysis report "sales orders by transaction type". You can also use those reports to extract the information
