When testing the “Bcc copy for outbound emails,” complete the test from one of the following modules using the email (prompt) option.

  • Emal Batch

  • Sales orders

  • Sales quote

  • Sale shipment

  • Sale invoice

  • Print preview of form reports

The BCC field should be filled in if it is flagged correctly.
