Setting system for two factor authentication

  1. From the navigation panel, double-click Administration> Users
  2. Select the user you require to have the two factor method applied to and click settings tab

  3. In the Two Factor Method field select from SMS or Email

  • When selecting Sms please make sure the mobile number field is field in on the user otherwise the user will not be able to receive the sms code.
  • When selecting Email please make sure the email address field is field in on the user otherwise the user will not be able to receive the emailed code.
