Setting system for two factor authentication
- From the navigation panel, double-click Administration> Users
Select the user you require to have the two factor method applied to and click settings tab
In the Two Factor Method field select from SMS or Email
- When selecting Sms please make sure the mobile number field is field in on the user otherwise the user will not be able to receive the sms code.
- When selecting Email please make sure the email address field is field in on the user otherwise the user will not be able to receive the emailed code.
