Reset Password for a User

Given that you are set-up with the necessary permission you can reset user's password at any time.

1. From the navigation panel, double-click Administration> Users
2. Select the user you wish to Reset Password for

3. Click on Reset Password and a pop up window will appear

4. Type over the old password with the new password

5. Click on Reset Password

   Caution

   When the password is reset, the system automatically set/tick the Change Password On First Logon to on. Click/untick this flag to turn it off.

6. Click on Save
7. Logon to Readysell using the new password to validate
