The Office Brands Messages show the contents of messages flowing between Readysell and Office Brands systems. It is used for troubleshooting issues exchanging data between the systems. Older messages are degraded and deleted over time as they can be quite large and cause the system to store unnecessary data.

• By default:
  • messages are degraded (i.e. the detailed information is pruned) after 45 days
  • messages are deleted after 90 days

You can change these defaults if necessary by setting the OfficeBrandsMessageDegradeDays and OfficeBrandsMessageRetainDays task parameters on the “Data Clean Up” task
