Overview

Stock Replenishment Runs feature is used to top-up products stock quantity level when it reaches a predefined product minimum replenishment quantity.

This feature is not available in Readysell Lite.

Getting Started

	Extract Products	Extract a list of products that require replenishment into this run
	Pick	Update the status to "In progress" so it could be scan checked
	Generate Transfer	Generate a stock location transfer based on the contents of this run

Name	Description
Type	Transaction type Stock Replenishment Run (STKREP)
Number	The transaction number of the stock replenishment run
Status	The status of this transaction. (E.g: Posted)
Date	Stock replenishment run create date
Split by Target Location

Name	Description
Product	This is the product ID and product name
From Location	This is the from location for this transfer
To Location	This is the to location for this transfer
Quantity Required	Suggested product quantity require replenishing
Quantity	Adjusted/actual product quantity to be transferred
Qty Scanned	Scan checking quantity
Manual Qty Scanned	Quantity manually entered
Comment	Any notes on this line

Name	Description
Stock Location Transfer	Stock Location Transfer transaction number generated for the replenishment
Product	Replenish product
From Location	This is the from location from this transfer
Transfer All	If this is checked, all stock of this type will be transferred
Quantity	The quantity for the line
To Location	This is the to location from this transfer
Bar Code Scanned	Scan checking
