Generating a stock transfer between sites

Once you have generated the stock replenishment run you can then generate a stock transfer between sites based on that stock replenishment run.

On that stock replenishment run you generated, click on the button Generate Transfer

Open

Look at your Stock Transfers Out module

Filter it to show Outstanding Stock Transfers Out (This Site) or whatever site it refers to

Select the outstanding transfer

Click on the Pick button

Open

Scan check the products as they are being boxed up for transfer

click on button Finalise

Once the store receives the stock…

They go into the Stock Transfers In module

Select the Outstanding Stock Transfers In filter that applies to them

Select it in the list

check off the products and Finalise the stock transfer in. This will then add the stock to stock on hand
