Using view variant and filters to display lapsed or inactive customers

  • Lapsed is an indicator in cards used by Office Brands for marketing planning purposes e.g., to conduct/trigger a lapsed customer campaign. This indicator is checked/ON if a customer who has bought 12 times or more over a 35 week period but has not purchased in the past 21 day period.

  • Inactive is an indicator in cards which checked/ON if a customer does not have any shipments for a 180 day period. 




  1. From the Navigational panel, click Relationships>Cards



  2. Select

     from the view variant drop-down



  3. Select 

     from the filter drop-down to filter the cards list view to display lapsed customers




  4. Alternatively, select 

     from the filter drop-down to filter the card list view to display inactive customers
