Sample Readysell 8 Internal Training program

Once you and perhaps a few key team members are trained, the rest of your team members will be trained in how to use Readysell to complete their day to day work in regards to:

  • Sales Orders
  • Shipments
  • Receipting stock
  • Purchase Orders
  • Customer Payments
  • Credits to customers
  • Automatic Purchasing (*)
  • Paying Suppliers (*)
  • Emailing Statements (*)
  • Delivery runs


(*) are for management only, not staff

For example...

Session One:-    11am – 12pm

  • Sales Orders – Creating a phone/fax/email order, picking slip and packing stock, finalising order with a tax invoice
  • Sales Orders – Creating a special back order for a customer (account and retail) – customer order book
  • Picking Slips – Checking the queue for picking slips on hold (check 3pm to release)
  • Shipments – Processing an order for a retail customer
  • Shipments – Processing an order for an account customer


Lunch 12.00pm – 12.30pm – lunch will be provided


Session Two:-    12.30pm – 1.30pm

  • Delivery Run – How to schedule a delivery run
  • Credits – Processing a credit/refund for a customer (retail/account)
  • Payments – Customer Payment
  • Back orders – how to check on a back order for a customer or how these are identified (reporting/purchasing/receipting)


Break 1.30pm – 1.45pm


Session Three:- 1.45pm – 2.45pm

  • Purchasing - Creating a purchase order
  • Purchasing – How to extract back orders
  • Receipting – How to receipt a purchase order
  • How to produce a statement for customer one off only (email or statement)
  • How to check customer balance
  • How to change a customer card


Break 2.45pm – 3.00pm


Session Four:-   3.00pm – 4.00pm

  • Open session
  • Revision
  • Close training
