Adding a overseas address

  1. Follow the steps in adding a new card address

  2. On the field labelled Suburb, click on the drop-down list then click on New

  3. Add in the details as follows

    1. Name : suburb name e.g. Norwood

    2. State : the state/province/district e.g. Gauteng

    3. Post Code : the post code e.g. 2129

    4. Country : select from the drop-down list e.g. South Africa

    5. Comments : use this to record any notes for this suburb e.g. Overseas address

    6. Click on Save and Close

  4. Add the new suburb, state and postcode to the new address and Save your changes.
