Overview


We are extremely excited to start working with you tomorrow.  (Attached is an overview of the program)


Each session is an hour, however there will be post-call work required most weeks as well as follow-up support.  It is really important to have your equipment working for the sessions, you will need a camera and mic with your computer; I recommend using a headset and mic.


For tomorrow please ensure you have:


  1. A computer with mic / video capabilities
  2. Completed the survey
  3. Started working through your business baseline      (attached) – you won’t necessarily have all answers – that’s OK!
  4. Looked at your management dashboard in Readysell 8

Objective of mentoring week 1

 Week One is all about getting to know each other and working through your business key metrics (your business baseline).

  • Overview of next 10 weeks
  • Last Years’ experience from the point of view of one of last years participants
  • Overview from Each Participant
    • Business
    • Key challenges
    • Years on Readysell
    • Why participating
  • Review and discuss survey results
  • Review and discuss management dashboard (see example below – any issues call John at Readysell)
    • Please ensure you have your management dashboard (from Readysell) open
    • Review specific KPI’s within business
  • Overview Business Baseline Questions
    • Attached
    • You may not know answers to all questions tomorrow – but most will be in RS dashboard and survey
