Checking web customer name for customers on contracts

Overview

Contracts will not upload to WebX if the web customer name is missing or incorrect.

You can change the web customer name directly from the contract if you drag the web customer name field onto the customer list on the contract. Take care though, as the web customer name must exactly match the Organisation ID on WebX!

Please contact Office Brands for information on how to lookup Organisation ID from Web Admin. You can cut and paste the Organisation ID from Web Admin and paste it into the Web Customer Name field in Readysell.

Alternately:

  1. Log onto Web Admin
  2. click on Sales
  3. click on Accounts
  4. click on button Find
  5. key in part of the customer's business name
  6. click on button Find


Procedure

Select "Relationships" then "Contracts" from the Navigation Panel.

Then select the cards tab on the contracts detail view and right click on the column headings, Click on Add, then expand "Card" and click on the "Web Customer Name" field tick box, Click Ok then drag web customer name onto your cards list view on the contract.
