Troubleshooting: Location missing on sales shipment lines
The location of product in a sales shipment lines can been missing, if following have occurred:
- The Van location for a User is set to WHS, instead of a separate van location created in Locations. Please remove the WHS from the user and created a new location for the technician's van.
- If the product is Quarantined, this could also stop it from applying a location to the product. Change the Supply from Quarantined to other option to re-applied the location.
