Printer Offline (printer connected to pc not wifi)

  1. Try restarting the printer

  2. Clear the print queue

  3. Rebooting the pc

  4. If that doesn’t work…

  5. Try restarting the Print Spooler in Services

  6. You will need to open it with Administration privileges

  7. Find Print Spooler

  8. Restart the service

  9. Go back to Printers and check that it is no longer offline, and print a test page to make certain
