Troubleshooting Readysell Cloud password not saving

Overview

When logging into Readysell Cloud for the first time on a PC you will be prompted to enter a password. At the same time, you should see a "Remember me" check box that you can use to store your password for next time.

Follow the procedure below if you would like your password to be stored, but the "Remember me" function is not working.

Procedure

  1. Close out of any running copies of Readysell
  2. Click the "Start" button on your PC
  3. Search for "Windows credentials"
  4. Click "Manage Windows credentials"
  5. Click and "Remove" any credential for the following:
    • readysell.australiaeast.cloudapp.azure.com
    • readysell.autords.com
    • TERMSRV/RDSMgmt.autords.com
  6. Open the Readysell Cloud Launcher
  7. Log into your instance
  8. When prompted for your password, ensure you check "Remember me"
