Web customer name must be filled in on all customers that upload contracts to WebX

Ensure the customer has Web Customer Name filled in

MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO SYMBOLS IN THE Web Customer Name.  examples: @ & ' / .

  1. Open Readysell
  2. Click on Cards
  3. Search for and find card/customer
  4. On the right hand side
  5. On tab Settings
  6. On sub tab Customer Settings
  7. Field - Web Customer Name
  8. Make sure this is filled in correctly by loging into the Office Brands Web Admin site, find the customer, copy the organisation entity name from right to left and paste it into the field Web Customer Name.
  9. Save any changes you make.  From this point the Office Brands Contract Sync task will run to upload the contracts. (Depending on the schedule from 15mins to once a day)
