Customer configuration settings

Web ID

This is the user id the customer uses to log into your website with.

The Web ID should be filled in for the customer in order for Web Orders coming in Readysell Sales module can identify which customer is to be placed on this sale.

If the Web ID is not filled in on the customer, when the web order comes into Readysell Sales module, the customer will not be filled in on the sale.

It is found in the contacts section to the right of the customer file on the Customer Browse window.

If one exists, click on button Change and add it to the existing contact.

If one does not exist, click on button Insert and add it in yourself.

The email you get from Office Brands will have the web id, the customer contact name, the phone number and email address.  You should place all those details onto that contact information.

Web Customer Name

This is the organisation entity name from Web Admin (copy it from Web Admin and paste it into the customer information file on tab 1 General, field Web Customer)

Web Customer needs to be filled in on the customer card in order for anything going back up to the web can identify which customer this is for.

If the web customer name is not filled, nothing for that customer will go up to the web.

MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO SYMBOLS IN THE Web Customer Name.  examples: @ & ' / .
