Handling multiple delivery addresses and multiple web customer names

Then you will need to separate those customer addresses onto separate customer cards and place that web customer name onto that card along with any relevant contact names, email addresses, flags and web ids.

 (Remember to remove those addresses and contact names from the original card they were on).

  Make sure you change the charge to on those cards you just created to be the same card ID that they originally came from and that way the original card ID will still get those open items.

Multiple customers that need to log in under the same organisation entity name (Web Customer Name in Readysell) on the web and have a charge to set as the parent company, the child companies just use a different user/Web ID/s and you need to keep them as separate customer cards in Readysell

Requirements
  • Same Web Customer Name as other cards
  • Have a charge to set to the parent company with same Web Customer Name
  • Same Web Customer Name but different Web ID
  • Need to keep customer cards separate but still share same web customer name
  • And they all share the same contract (there are no separate contracts existing now or in future for one of the child customer cards)

Set the parent customer card to have the Web Customer Name filled in on it and make sure that the child customer cards do not have the Web Customer Name filled in on them at all.
