Contracts are not uploading to the web
First check that the Web Customer is filled in on the customer card
Are the contracts valid? * are the dates still running or has the contract finished?* are the contracts matching the rules of those contracts allowed to upload to the web?
The following types of contracts can send from Readysell to the Web: * Customer + Product Fixed (Specific Retail) Price * Customer + Product Markup / GP% * Customer + Product Discount * Customer Type + Product Fixed (Specific Retail) Price * Customer Type + Product Markup / GP% * Customer Type + Product Discount
How can you check to see if your contracts made it to the web?
- Log onto Web Admin for your store
- Select Sales
- Select Accounts
- Click on button Find
- Key in part of the Web Customer name you are searching for to see if the contract made it up to the web
- Click on button Find
- Where there is a number below the header of Number of Contracts, click on that number – this opens up the contracts window to show the list of contracts that have been loaded now and in the past.
- Look for the active contract/s and look at the dates on them for when they were last uploaded. There should be one for either today's date or yesterday's date depending on whether it loaded up last night, previously or today (if you asked Readysell to push it up for you)
If the web admin contract window does not show anything recent and you made a change to the contract recently or created a new contract recently, go back and check that the Web Customer on the customer in Readysell matches exactly the Org Entity Name in web admin (the underlined/underscored name) 2
