Sending products and pricing to the web / Correcting pricing on the web

Navigation Panel > Inventory > Products

  1. Search for and select the product

  2. Click on the button Office Brands

  3. Select the option Send To Web

  4. You will get a message (not an error or a validation error). This message will tell you what was done.

    1. Either the product was created and pricing was sent to the web

    2. OR the pricing only was sent to the web - “…updating price only”

    3. Where it says “OB DATE CLEARED” this is normal, it’s a reset of the date so the system knows it’s now been sent.

  5. Click on the button OK

  6. If you now click on the button on the top ribbon Related

  7. Select the option Show Office Brands Messages

    1. You will see that a delete function has been sent to remove out any store pricing (in case there is any) and if you have store pricing, there will be a line or two for the price level/s that have been sent.

Readysell will not send up Office Brands pricing.

NOTE: IF you had store pricing and reverted back to Office Brands pricing, you must use the Send To Web function to clear out the store pricing from the web which will then leave Office Brands pricing on the web.
