Removing Store Products from the web

For Store Products…

  1. Navigation Panel > Inventory > Products

  2. Search for and select the product

  3. On tab Settings, untick Display On Website

  4. Click on button Save

  5. At this point you can either wait for the task to run or use the following process

  6. Click on button Office Brands

  7. Select the option Send To Web

  8. Click on the button Ok on the pop up box

  9. To check that the Deletion sent….

  10. On the top ribbon, click on the button Related

  11. Select the option of Show Office Brands Messages

  12. Check the message by selecting today’s which should have a Message Type of Delete product header and there should also be a Delete product detail, look at the right-hand side, click on tab XML Request

  13. Make sure that the message has a status of Success and that there is data in the XML Request tab along with a message in the XML Response tab.
