Store products that are currently only on the web but need to be in Readysell

Troubleshooting Web Integration Issues



Ideally you should be loading all of your products into Readysell and not straight onto the web.

Before going ahead with the below, please contact Readysell to discuss as you could wind up with duplicate products on the web.

If you've loaded them straight onto the website, we/you need to make sure
1. That the task for Office Brands Sync is disabled whilst you are adding them to your system
2. You need to have added them all to Readysell.
3. Then ask Office Brands (Winston/Chris) to work with Readysell to remove all of your store products off the web.
4. Then trigger Readysell to send all newly added store products up to the web and re-enable the Office Brands Sync task. 
The uploading would have to occur in the evening (after 5pm) depending on the number of products and pricing to be sent up to the web so as not to clog up the integration during the day.
If there are a small amount of products, they can be triggered to send whenever.  The larger the file/the number of products, the more likely it will need to be sent up of an evening.
