Status

A Status is update feature on any entry/transaction made within Readysell.

Card Status

Active -  The card is valid and active. Transactions can be posted against the card.
Archived - A place where card details is stored. These cards that are set to archived are not visible when inserting a transactions.  If you archive a customer, it means you are looking at never using them again.
Account Closed -  Customers/Suppliers cards will not be visible when placing orders, misc debits, misc credits and payments.  This status indicates to you that you do not want to have any more dealings with them at this stage but you may reopen the card in future. (The difference between Archived and Account Closed is more a visual and report type status.)
On Stop -  If the 'On Stop' is flagged, any orders placed for any card will automatically be put on hold.  It then requires a user with appropriate permission to release the order.
