Customers

Overview

Customers option is used to keep track of information about organisations that are of interest to your business.

  • Some of the key information on customers include:
    • address
    • contact information
    • settings about how transactions for the card are used within Readysell.

      You can only view the customers information.

       

  • Customers can be either customers, suppliers, manufacturers, prospects or any combination of these , however, on the mobile app you will only see customers and prospects.
  • On the customers screen you will need to search for a card that exist on your Readysell. 
  • If the device is capable/enable :
    • Click on the phone number will prompt to dial or save to your contacts. 
    • Click on the email address will open a new email from an email application installed on your device.

 Filter Customers

 Show me

  • My customers: These are customers where the primary sales person is the logon user.
  • All active customers: All active customers on your system in Readysell. This is the default setting.
  • My ProspectsThese are prospect customers where the primary sales person is the logon user.
  • All prospects: All prospect customers in your Readysell system.
  • All customers and prospects: All prospect and customer
  • Filter by card type: You can filter customers by Card Type e.g: BPAY, CASH, Gold etc. 
  • Cancel: Takes you out of the filter section.

 Capture Image

 
  • Allows you to capture a image (e.g: business card image) then attach the image to a card. 
    • The business card image is sent to the server and saved as a file attached to the new card.
  • Allows you to take a photo and saved with the camera on the device. 
    • When you do a sync to Readysell the image can be located under Cards> Attachments tab.  

 Sync

 
  • This will sync new customers from Readysell to the mobile.

Contacts

 Show me

  • A list of contacts related to the customer that have been added are displayed.
  • If you click on the contact additional information such as phone number, role, email are displayed.
    • Click on the phone number to store as a contact or dial if your device is capable/enable.
    • Click on the email address to compose/send email if you device is capable/enable.

Addresses

 Show me

  • A list of address related to the customer that have been added are displayed.
  • If you click on the address the street address to get more details and direction to the address
    from your current location via GPS if your device is capable/enable.
