Cases Quick Reference Guide
From the navigation panel, select Relationships then select Cases. From the cases list view you can complete the following common actions :

View cases | From the filter you can select the below options to have visible in the list. | |
Find a case | Use the 'text to search (Search) field at the top right of the window or enter the case name or number on the filter row above the case list. | |
Open a new case | ||
View who made changes to a case | All changes to cards are logged on the audit trail. Click on the 'Tools' menu at the top of the screen. Then click 'Audit Trail'. A list showing which user changed which fields on the card and the date of each change will be displayed. |
