Allocations of customer open items

  1. In the navigation panel, click Relationships then click Allocations.

  2. The system will draw a list of Allocations depending up what filter you have select in the top ribbon
  3. Locate the allocation you want to view. You can use the filter box in the top ribbon to view all allocations, today's allocations, or allocations with a status of Posting or Failed.
    If any of the Allocations appear in the Failed or Posting filer, contact Readysell.

  4. Click on an allocation in the list to view more details associated with this allocation.

  5. As you highlight a transaction in the list view, the details of this allocation will display in the detail area identify the details,balances,allocations of each open item in the list.

  6. The details in the Lines Tab idenifty what transactions make up the allocation.

  7. If you Click on the action button of Source Record in the detail view on the Line you can view the original item.
