Customer price level

If the customer is set to a price level other than List pricing (i.e. Gov, s1, s2 etc), it will send to the web.

When will it send:

  • When you create a new customer and send the customer to the web, within 15mins the price level will send also using the task Office Brands Sync. To check if it sent, you can select the customer card, click on button Related, select Show Office Brands Messages and you can see if a background price level contract has sent after the customer was sent to the web.

  • When you change the price level on the customer and hit the Save button, within 15mins the price level will send also using the task Office Brands Sync

Currently, if they are on List price level, that price level will NOT send to the web but Readysell is currently working on making the List price level send to the web.

In the meantime, until the program change is made to have the price level List sending to the web, this means you will have to manually create a price level of List on the website. Please contact Office Brands and ask for their assistance. Should they ask you to create a contract of any sort, it will send the price level to the web on the contract for you.
