How to check if a store product made it to the web

You can check this the next day after the overnight tasks have run to send products to the web.

  1. Log onto Web Admin for your store
  2. Select Products
  3. Select Find Catalog Entries
  4. Key in the product code you are looking to see if it made it to the web
  5. Click on button Find
  6. If the product shows in this window, Readysell's integration with the web has worked and the product will be placed on your website overnight and searchable after the sync process runs.
  7. If the product does not show in this window, please contact Readysell for assistance.


If the product is showing in Web Admin, by this point you may still be unable to search for this product on the web.
However…once the product has sent up overnight, if you go to your website the next day, into store products, filter it to show all products in order of product name and scroll through the lists, you should (in theory) see your product here.
Office Brands runs their searching sync process every Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. Therefore if you send a product up to the web on a Tuesday (as an example), then the customer will not be able to search on it until Thursday morning but it is actually on your website as of Wednesday morning.
If the product does show in web admin but doesn't show on your website at all as of the next day or is not searchable after Monday, Wednesday for Friday…Please contact the Office Brands team and advise them the product is showing in web admin but is not showing on the web and they will be able to assist you further on this.
