Pricing in Readysell does not match pricing on the web

This could be any number of reasons.

1. If the products are Catalogue and/or Flyer products, your catalogue loads and flyer loads may not be up to date. In price changes module, look for any new catalogue/flyer updates you have not yet loaded. The date last modified tells you when the data was last sent to you. Version 7 stores get new data every weekend. If you do not load every week, your pricing in Readysell will not match what is on the web.
2. Your contracts may not be sending up to the web, there may be issues with the contract upload. Please see page 3 of this document to check this.
3. If the products are Endless Isle products – catalogue and flyer loads will not update the pricing on those products in Readysell. These are products that are not part of the standard catalogues and flyers but are still flagged as Catalogue products in your product file because Office Brands still control those products on the web. Readysell has just recently given you a way of updating those products using a Price Book Run. 4. If you are running price overrides (i.e. a price level to override List/sell price 1 or Govt/sell price 5) and you do not think this pricing is loading up to the web, please check webadmin to see if the pricing is uploading
   1. Log onto Web Admin for your store
   2. Select Products
   3. Select Find Catalog Entries
   4. Key in the product code you are looking to see if it made it to the web
   5. Click on button Find
   6. Click on the tick box to tick it
   7. Click on Prices
   8. Click on Pricing Summary
   9. This will show you the List price and the Offer price.
