Changing pricing on catalogue spreadsheets and importing

When Customers want to change the data on the Catalogue
Readysell is to send the catalogue spreadsheet to the customer (this ensures the format matches the import)
Let the customer (store/site) alter and change the spreadsheet and save it back to the server.
Note: the first tab in spreadsheet is the one that is loaded into the catalogue inside of Readysell Price Changes module.
Once spreadsheet is altered customer needs to ring Readysell so that they can be guided through the loading process.
From the Readysell Main Menu
Click on button Price Changes
Select latest catalogue (left click on it)
Click on 3rd button down Browse Catalogues
On tab 4) Catalogue Administration
Click on Copy button
Change code and name accordingly (DO NOT MAKE IT A LONG CODE) Maximum 9 characters
Click on button OK
Click on button Setup Initial Catalogue Load
Click on button Load Spreadsheet
Find the spreadsheet (using the box with 3 dots in it)
Click on OK
The spreadsheet then loads into the Catalogue code you just gave it.
IF YOU GET ANY ERRORS AT ALL DURING THE ABOVE PROCESS, CONTACT READYSELL IMMEDIATELY
It then ticks over until it finishes and the screen closes.
The catalogue is now ready for loading as normal and as government.
If you updated 2 tabs on the spreadsheet, open up the spreadsheet again, move the 2nd tab so it becomes the first tab on the spreadsheet and then following the steps for loading it into Readysell again.
Please call Readysell if you have any questions in regards to the above instructions before going ahead with it.
If the pricing is to be loaded into a DIFFERENT price level
Readysell is to send the catalogue spreadsheet to the customer (this ensures the format matches the import)
Let the customer (store/site) alter and change the spreadsheet and save it back to the server.
Note: the first tab in spreadsheet is the one that is loaded into the catalogue inside of Readysell Price Changes module.
If the changed pricing needs to be loading into a level other than level 1, make the changes in the government column. (Government loads allow you to choose which level you are loading the pricing into. By putting the changed data into the government column you are allowing the system to choose at time of loading which level it is to go to. This means you only load this catalogue as government not as Normal.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AND ARE UNSURE OF THE ABOVE – PLEASE CALL READYSELL IMMEDIATELY.
