Converting Analysis Reports to a Graph

You can convert any extracted Analysis report into some type of Graph.

Firstly you need to ensure that you have the appropriate fields and data required on the analysis report you are running.
Run the report then follow steps below for one example of a Graph

1. Log onto Readysell>Reports>Analysis Reports
2. Select or create the report required.
   Basic with minimal columns presents better on a graph
3. Run the report and select the appropriate criteria
4. Report will appear to screen

5. Click on the Tab 'Chart' in the detail area

6. A chart or graph of some sort may appear to screen

7. Right click and select 'chart wizard'

8. Various options appear
9. Click on 'Auto-creates Series'
10. On the tab to the right 'Options' drop the View and Select the appropriate view required

    Then click on OK to accept

11. Now you can click on 'Print Chart' from the top ribbon
